I would like to invite you to The Ottawa Kennel Club Annual General Meeting on 21 Dec 2024 at the Kars Community Recreation Centre , 1604 Old Wellington Street, Kars, Ontario. The Meeting will starting at 1pm and be followed by a Christmas Tea. We ask that everyone coming bring their favourite Christmas dessert to share with others. Coffee, tea and water will be provided. This is a time to meet other Club Members and your Executive.
Prior to the meeting we will send out a package with the agenda and a copy of the reports and give you a sense of how many Members will be in attendance.
It is important that you let me know if you are planning to attend. A Zoom option may be available but we are hoping to see many of you in person.
Please note that the Hall is in use until 12 o’clock on the 21st so plan to arrive no earlier than 12:45.
